Introduction

The objective of the integration is to allow the Groupcorner system to be able to read the availability and pricing and send bookings or cancellations for a group of guests. The bookings can be for rooms, meeting rooms or meals like Lunch, Breakfast, Dinner. These can be individually booked as well.

Disable pick up automation

Define rates for rooms

Set price values for Rate plans for 2 years

  1. Go to Rate Plans tab
  2. Select price section from the top menu
  3. Select the rate plan for which you want to enter price value ( Note that the rate plan should be bookable for the period )
  4. Select prices from the dropdown list
  5. Enter in rate details and set a valid sales period

Room has to be availability > 0 on date of the request to see rates on rates list.

  1. Enter the price value for the date range (minimum 2 years)

Define meals

  1. From Menu, click Inventory > Unit groups.
  2. Click on New Unit Group Button present.
